In July 2003 we introduced our own fleet of dedicated vehicles to deliver our carpet to retail customers across most of England and Wales.

Initially we delivered to those customers who we could service from our main Kidderminster factory. Outlying depots were established later, enabling us to increase our service to customers in London and the North.
We are continually looking to fine-tune our systems and processes to improve our service offering. Since 2005 this has included satellite tracking of our vehicles, and in 2008 we started to deliver to customers in Scotland.
